Please schedule an injection appt so our Nurse Practitioner can observe your first SQ or IM injection. This appt is MANDATORY. Please have ALL supplies available when you login for the appt. Contact the office if you made alternate arrangements for someone in the medical or nursing profession to administer your injections.
