I can’t even begin to say enough positive things about Ramona Parker. I have been working with her for just under one month now and can honestly say that she is the most honest, caring and knowledgeable health care provider I have ever worked with. And in my 62 years there have been many! Not only does Ramona take time to listen to my concerns and thoughts about the program we are developing together, she offers guidance and solutions to better help me reach my goals. She is more than just a provider, she is an excellent coach as well. I never feel rushed when we meet and am glad to know she is only a text message away should I need her for anything. Ramona replies promptly and is always on time. She gives Five star service and deserves at least as many stars.

Ramona's value as my NP/Health Coach is difficult to summarize into a few words.  Ramona made me feel as if she was invested in my sucess and growth.  It was confirmed every appointment as she genuinely listened to my personal goals and aligned them with my needs from a health professional’s perspective.  This is where she contributes substantially from a place of loving accountability and motivation.  My sessions were amazing and I honestly reached my goal weight faster than I expected and it seemed to be without effort.  I thought about my choices and our conversations made me hear myself actually saying these things out loud as if I was speaking positive affirmations into my life through conversation ...and she was right behind me.  #Powerful.  She's an amazing person and she is outstanding in her craft.
