I met Ramona in about March of this year. After 3 kids, I was ready to get these extra 50 lbs off. Ramona helped me reach my weight loss goal in 10 months! I plateaued after losing the first 25. Luckily, she kept up to date with all the newest drugs on the market and savings cards and I was able to lose another 25 to reach my goal weight! She has always listened to me and worked with me without judging or shaming and supported my needs and decisions! I highly recommend Dr. Parker!!!

​My journey with Dr. Parker started about a year ago, and I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the experience. In 2019, I had an ankle replacement, which caused me to lose motivation, self-confidence, and willingness to eat well and exercise. I constantly used my ankle as an excuse for gaining weight, but it was not my ankle that caused me to gain weight. It was me having a negative mindset and hoping for medication alone to resolve my weight problem. Over the past year, Dr. Parker has actively listened to my weight reduction goals and worked with me, instead of supporting my weight journey by just prescribing a pill and waiting for the next follow up to prescribe the same treatment again, even if it was not working. I met my goals because Dr. Parker believed in me and kept me focused. I lost upwards of 50 pounds, over 20% of my starting weight, and kept it off with Dr. Parker's help! No other doctor helped me more along this journey than her.
